WVU recruit Dalton Pepper named PA 4A POY
It looks like Huggins has a pretty good guard coming in next year from Philadelphia. Throw in Florida juco POY Casey Mitchell, the shooting guard from Chipola, and I don't think the Mountaineers will miss Alex Ruoff one bit.

Dalton Pepper named Class AAAA player of the year in Pennsylvania.

That puts him in some very prestigious company.
