You were just a tad premature, Cuban. You started this thread before the game ended... 05-nono

Awesome tough win. For a while there I thought Pitt moved to the B12 and put on their Mizzou uniform. Only thing missing was Blair bulldozing over Thabeet in the Paint. That was one tough game.

great game huskies, i was worried for sure, it seemed uconn kept shooting itself in the foot all game long and i thought eventually it would catch up to them. but mizzu got cold from 3 point range and kemba walker just took over down the stretch, it's nice to know uconn has the depth to win with thabeet struggling as he did today and their 3 point shooting being horrific in the second half.

Half the Final Four is Big East! Now it's up to Louisville to make it 3/4th of the Final Four as Big East members.

I have said the key to UCONN's run to the national championship is emergence of Stanley Robinson. I thought he was fantastic on D today. Kemba Walker is only a freshman and this will be his team next year. He really showed he got some serious serious talent.

Both teams shot bad because the type of D played. It was ugly for sure. AJ Price normally knock down multiple 3s but today he was not able to get many off period. Credit to Mizzou. There is a reason why they won 31 games.

Congrats to the Huskies.

Well played game by Mizzou. The Big 12 is really representing well.

Can't tell you how impressed I am with both the greatness of this year's Big East and the quality of play by the Big 12 teams.

Without a doubt, these two conferences have been the best out there since 2002.

Too bad the Big 12 fans don't post more on these boards.

Cheers,
Neil

Agreed, Mizzou is d*mn good. NCAAs have been the Big East/Big 12 Invitational so far this year with both conferences battling each other to a standstill head-to-head.

I won't say standstill. B12 is good. UCONN just took out two of the top teams in the B12 and one of the top teams in the B10. Both were their conference tournament winners as well.

Thanks for the congrats. Mizzou was tough as nails. It looked shaky midway through the 2nd half the way their press was bothering us and our whole team looked winded. Fortunately Kemba Walker had a monster game and we gutted it out.

Let's get 3 from the BEast in the FF!

Great win for the Huskies today over a very tough Missouri team. I remember when Louisville was back in conference USA and Mike Anderson was coaching at UAB. His offense always gave us and nearly every other team he played fits.

Hopefully Louisville will beat MSU and make three Big East teams in the Final Four.
