Being a huge Seinfeld fan, this is the best news ever. I love both shows and I've been hoping this would happen for a long time.

I'm pretty sure they'll play themselves. Jason Alexander and Julia Louis-Dreyfus played themselves in previous episodes, so I'm pretty sure that's what will happen this time.
