Camels up 46 to 27 at the half. We have lost bigger leads than this, but I am hopeful.

11 point Camel lead with 6:22 to go.

UCLA of the east (aka ETSU) down 15 to Lipscomb.

Camels win, the clock ran out and we had 6 more than they did.

UCLA fighting back on Lipscomb.

Good night.

Great win. It is frustrating though. Lose to the worst team in the league in a miserable performance on Saturday and beat the best team in the league on their court in what was probably one of our best games of the year. It does not matter who we play. It matters only which Campbell team shows up.

The win does make me feel a little better. No reason to have lost 3 in a row though.

lol. I love this team. You never know who will show up. I loved how everyone thought that we wouldn't win another game but the fact is that the team is inconsistent, and what happened to us against Belmont had no effect on whether we were going to do well in the games that followed.

In the post-game, Laing mentioned that FoxSports revealed the Camels were among the nation's 10 most inexperienced teams (out of 340+ NCAA D-1s). Tonight's game further proves Campbell can compete with (and beat) anyone in the conference. Now they need to prove they can play consistently with the desire to win and prevent anymore meltdowns. With only three games left in the regular season before the tournament, now is a good time to start.

Wish ETSU could have won at Lipscomb to bump us up to 6th place. The Bisons are on a roll right now. At this point, it looks like Campbell can win the remaining three and might still be the #7 (bottom) seed at the tournament. It will be fun to watch how these seedings shake out.

RE: @ Jacksonville
It really does not matter which seed we are at the tournament or who we play. We can beat any of them if we show up to play.

We could run the table and be in the big dance or we could lose the first round by 30 and go home disappointed.

We have to have some consistancy. I am glad that we did bounce back with the big win. After Belmont, Lipscomb and N. Florida I did not know if we would win another game. Certainly not against Jacksonville at home. That was totally unexpected.

RE: @ Jacksonville-Credit BPF
Great win by the Camels last night. I have to credit Billy Pope Fan on this one. No doubt the team is checking out his posts and were inspired by his words.
Could not get the game but saw the ticker at the bottom of the UConn-Pitt game and got really fired up.
Congrats to Coach and the team.
Like everyone else, I hope that the team can build on this, catch fire and win the Tourny. That wouuld be AWESOME.
Once again, I would encourage BPF to continue posting. He is the MAN!

congrats on getting it back on the rails and Thanks! Excellent win. I still maintain as I did after our game, that you all can do some damage in the tourny.
