Sully's 4th was definitely a charge, Singletary's 4th was a joke, I don't think he ever came close to fouling him, his 5th wasn't great either but he was given the benefit of the doubt too many times for them to do it again that time. With 4 fouls you don't need to crawl into a hole, but you should at least tone it down somewhat and not play like a bull in a china shop.

This reminds me of the Ball State game we had at the MACC last year. Ball St. I believe had problems getting the ball in and hanging on, much like NIU tonight.
