Jarboe flashing dolla billz on his FB page like the wannabe thug-rapper he is is also funny.

Putting them together is just too perfect to pass up. But apparently, we can't post the picture and link to his FB page on the board. I guess Troy's gotta "keep it down home, cuz." 05-stirthepot

Well now internet tough guy, how about after the game I take you over and you let Josh know how you feel. You are probably the only wannabe in this entire thread. While you are scanning his facebook page you might want to post the picture of him and his mother at his granmother's grave. I'm sure you can find some comedy in that as well.

Sounds like somebody can't handle the smack board. I think jarboe is proud of his thug rep and don't think he would mind hearing it.
We will all tell him in person next year in the 'boro if he can stay in school that long and if LB can afford him. He doesn't have an SEC budget anymore.

Not really sure what the Grandmother stuff is about, but thugs have relatives die too. I feel for him but it's kinda irrelavant here.FWIW I don't think any Raider fans would be friends with him on FB to go looking for pics. GTT.com was the source of those pictures. Troy fans just need to do a better job of keeping it down home, cuz.

Smack all you want, but personal insults of a kid are different story.

I guess we'll worry about that when they start letting kids play college football.

RE: 2009 Battle for the Palladium
no one's program is squeeky clean, i'm sure we could dig up some dirt on Middle too. Let's keep the smack on topic, your opinion of any one player is irrelevant on the outcome of the game.

Jarboe may not be a poster boy, but he's a hell of a receiver and i expect him to be fantastic against your secondary on Tuesday. It's going to be tough to stop our recievers, we have so many threats. Jernigan, Jarboe, Gill, Reeves, the list goes on and on. If Levi gets time, you lose...period. Middle wins or loses this game in the trenches.

"On Topic" smack? Really?

You saying I should have started an entirely new thread discussing the connection between Blakeney paying recruits, and a controversial player flashing his "gwap" on facebook?

You start digging about MT and see how far back you have to go to find something. If a player acts up under Stockstill, its handled immediately and appropriately.

Holding cash is considered acting up?

I never said anything like that. Burn the Horse was talking about digging up dirt on MT. I never even said there was anything dirty about Troy. He just jumped to that on his own.

Just pointing out something funny, that's all. Apparently some of you Troy folk are taking this smack talk a bit too personally. Am I poking at some insecurities? 05-stirthepot

It is the smack board, people are going to get upset...Just kind of common sense to me. I don't where the idea that because it's labeled smack, we can say whatever we want and no one can get offended, simply because we put it out there that it's smack. Doesn't make sense...

Besides, if any of you have ever been to BlueRaiderZone, the sensitivity there is MUCH worse. I remember posting over there last year, friendly comments, and I got blasted with "keep it down home cuz" and how "Troy will never be as good as they were in 2007 ever again" (won the conference in 2008, didn't in 2007, hmm...). It's been pretty bad over there when I post, and it's always been friendly natured posts. BlueBallz is the worst.

At the same conference for the first time, an explanation for a wide variety of football season over. Many believe that the loss of small palladium has a lasting influence mysterious other sporting events during the year are the Trojans and the Raiders. It is just a factor that must be overcome in the competition between Middle Tennessee and Troy.
