A chance to tie, and potentially, beat the #5 team in the nation, and a freaking bad snap sends the extra point wide right! If anything can be taken from this, is that a)Furman is a tad overrated, and b)2003 should be WCU's breakout year. Ready for the Eagles next week in Cullowhee-GO CATS!!

i want to say kick their ass, but if we dont take care of furman on sautrday then it wont really matter. watauga is a dry county too, but we have plenty of fun here in boone, as long as you sell beer, its fine. go apps!

Whats going on with WCU? Your team is harder to read this year than ASU. You got crushed by a very weak ETSU. Then you almost beat Furman.
I was surprised to see the Furman score and I didn't realize a bad snap was one of the culprits.
GSU had better be ready depending on which WCU team shows up. The same can be said for Furman against ASU.
Good luck with GSU.

The team that beat WV Tech will hopefully show up, but GSU is NOT WV Tech. We are hard to read, no doubt! Furman-ASU is gonna be a hell of a game. I can't make the trip to Cullowhee this week as planned, but I'll have the radio on, and be watching ASU-Furman on the tube. Hope we both win! GO CATS!!

Unlike Furman, Cooter, the Eagles HAVE a defense.
