Bobby Knight's coaching influence was
evident when we played UNO the other night. They ran a motion offense, but the only problem they didn't have the players to make the shots. I was impressed with their offensive scheme. They were backcutting and getting inside shots off their screens. Pasternack was a graduate assistant under Knight at Indiana, and then spent eight years with Ben Braun at Cal, the current Rice coach, whose coaching talent was evident when we played them.:muttering:

I think he's a good coach and will do as well as possible, considering the circumstances, at New Orleans. I think they will their share of games this year as well- I think they have some good guards, but either they were simply off or our defense shut them down Saturday night.
