B) Steve has outcoached everyone else in our division again.

C) Steve has outlucked everyone else in our division again.

D). Trojans are in 1st place because more times than not, they have scored more points than their opponent has scored.

Hope the "luck" continues. I'm sure when he loses, it won't just be bad luck.

Steve has outcoached everyone else in our division on free throw defense. One of the best jobs I've ever seen. We were really in their faces on free throws.

I'd lean toward his coaching. Although our players may be better than we give them credit for. We just don't have the athletes that we'll see on the ULL squad on Thursday. We do have players like Fowler, LaMarvan, who have good fundamentals and won't be outworked by anyone. I think the league is so balanced this year that it will come down to coaching and a little "luck".

You have to give the coaching staff some credit for that.

Your question makes one think. I've not been sold on our recruiting for the most part the last few years so I would have to say if those are the only two responses I'd have to go with coaching.

Some say those aren't the only two options . . . that he's just lucky. OK by me. Always better to be lucky than good. I'd love to just luck our way into the Dance.

Whatever luck we have, it has never surfaced during the Sun Belt Tournament in years past.
