Whenever I type a quick reply, and hit submit, it appears nothing happens. However, if I reload the page, the reply is there, but it's also still in the quick reply box.

I, along with several others, have made mulitple double-posts because of this.

Also, the board seems to forget what threads I've read and not read between visits.

And, just now, when trying to post this thread, I got a mySQL error.

Main Blazertalk page(http://ncaabbs.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=384) does not show latest posts.

So, maybe the board change-over didn't go as well as we were led to believe. I only bring this up because GN, I, and others were critized and called out for having no faith. Trash talk kills.

For Gene's sake let's not beat up GTS over this. Managing a monster of a BBS like this is not easy. I'm surprised it went as well as it did.

This was caused by a power outage at our host. As such it's totally unrelated to the upgrade. Databases don't like it when you simply cut off power while they're reading/writing to the database. It took several hours to repair our massive database.

If you are getting a MySQL error ... PM me the exact error.

I have noticed more grammar-related errors by GN since the upgrade. Can I blame the new version on this?

Why would GN's recent errors have caused them to upgrade to a new version?

Besides, his errors have come after the new version, so you can't blame GN for the system upgrade.

I don't like to put on airs like I'm an insider or something, but if we run out of beer, I know where to get more.
