Just shows how crazy basketball is. How could you figure anyone beating Western like Missippi State did after seeing Western just demolish us the other night. And I guess in this league, only the top one or two teams ever win many games on the road. I say fire the Western coach!

As UNC proved, even brilliant talent is not at the top of its game all the time.

Reading Jeff's blog WKU played 3 games in 5 days...that is a NBA schedule. When you play a schedule like that you are liable to get blown out in the 3rd game...especially on the road without the home crowd to give you some adrenaline.

I hate we got blown out so bad but that is not what gave me the biggest concern. On tv, it look like the players just gave up and were not on the same page team wise or executing whatever Shields wanted to do. It looked like that in the Missouri St. game too.

I have started watching the rice game and will move on to the ulm game. What I have seen so far is Patterson doing about as poor a job as Moore at the pg. I am really tired of bad pg play.
