Hey there CU'ers, just a flash from the past that I just had to post.

So I'm flipping channels between the Fiesta Bowl and a UNCW/VCU Hoops Matchup... Guess who's doing the color commentary in Richmond tonight?

Brings back some memories indeed.

Wish I had caught that. Did he manage to throw-in any of his homespun "Leeisms" like "he's so skinny he can tread water in a garden hose" or the winner will be the "tallest hog at the trough"?!!

I only caught the back half of what was a blowout L for UNCW against VCU but I found it odd how many times he mentioned UNCW players playing with lots of heart while down 25-30 points in the last 10 minutes or so of the ballgame. Probably mentioned it 8 or 9 times during which UNCW wasn't making any significant runs or anything, they pretty much were just playing out the string.

The real laid back old schools southern accent was cool though.
