LaMarvon and Derrick
I was glad to see LaMarvon and Derrick getting some PT last night and coming through. Steve is not going very deep into his bench as compared to last year, but it is nice to know we have some guys who can step up.

He had no choice last night. He had to rotate his big men because Mike didn't play, and the others were in foul trouble. Rudy Turner was a monster for Monroe. About 6'8 and close to 300 pounds. As Coach Cunninham said, if he got the ball inside you either had to foul him or he would score a basket. He was a load. And a terrific free throw shooter. He was 10 for 12 for the night from the free throw stripe. Beautiful rotation on his shot. Unusual for a guy that big. I'd love to have him on our team.
