Congrats on the win! No matter how close it was, but it was almost a home game for UNC. UCONN got them next year again. They look to have a lot of talent so it will be a good game in East Hartford next year.

Hopefully your new OC, who ever he might be, will actually allow you guys to open your offense, especially with the ground game that you have.

Me too. Edsall has built except OL and DL with depth. Now we just need to find a special teams coach and a OC plus some WRs. There is no doubt we can run. Buffalo gonna find out its a lot easier to tackle when playing MAC OLs than UCONN OL.

Thank you WVU for beating the TarHoles. Nothing better then to see the dejected look on a TarHole fan as they exit the stadium and drown their sorrows in the tailgate lot with a bottle of white zinfandel.

Rutgers you are on the clock as the next adopted home team of ECU fans. Beat the Wolfpups and then Bearcats finish off the ACC by cleaning the Hokies clock and drop the ACC to 1-10 in BCS Bowl history.

I was at the game in Charlotte and I and many other WVU fans were taunted by UNC fans chanting "ECU, ECU". I gathered that they were mocking the fact that the Pirates beat WVU easily back in September, but the part that confused me was why would UNC football fans make fun of the ECU program? I'm not an oldtimer but since I have been watching football ECU has easily been the better football program...I lot of WVU fans in my parking lot were equally confused by it too

I am not sure why they would taunt WVU by saying "ECU, ECU". That really doesn't make sense to me, especially since we beat the holes last year. I guess it is a lack of Football IQ. Most hole "fans" do not follow their football team closely. A few weeks ago, I asked several hole "fans" about their bowl game - and they looked at me like I was crazy. The "fans" I asked didn't know much about it - but they sure as hell knew UNC was playing Evansville in basketball. Funny stuff.

In a related story - Walmart UNC football gear now 75% off. LOL

North Carolina football fans still need to learn what smack really is guys. They've only been cheering their football team for a couple years. Give 'em a break...

Of course, now they know what getting their hopes dashed feels like. Ain't football success wonderful?
