leaving too.

Our program has been taken hostage by a mid major 9-5 coach.

Syracuse fans, please pass us the medicine to get through the next 5 years. Thanks.

I can't believe Jurich will allow this to continue beyond next year. I just hope the next coach he has "in waiting" is better than Krags.

Cheers,
Neil

Jurich is letting friendship get in the way of good business. I know you usually give a coach time to recruit his players, but his recruiting classes have also been horrid. And with the money, facilities and tradition that Louisville has they could get a big time head coach. The English loss was a killer. If anything, I would have given him a shot at the head coaching position before letting him go.

I hope English's exit interview if there was one, is a real eye opener for TJ. I hope he starts seeing what is really going on here, and starts looking around for the next coach. Next year is a wash, recruiting is terrible right now. We are battling the likes of Liberty and Old Dominion for defensive players.

I just hope by Thanksgiving next year we have our search committee in meetings.

Where is Brohm going? Didn't he turn down the Bama OC position to stay at UL a few yrs back?

Watching Kragthorpe run the UofL football program is like being trapped in a movie theatre that plays Howard the Duck, Battlefield Earth, Nymphoid Barbarian from Dinosaur Hell, Gigli, and Disaster Movie on a playback loop. One part of you wants to pour gasoline on yourself and end the suffering; the other wants to hold out for a mercy firing.

I don't think Brohm would bail on UofL. He's a local boy, and his family has been with the Cards from way back. He could just work this into his favor if he sticks around. Perhaps Jurich will promote in house...

Just don't fall victim to the John Thompson PowerPoint presentation. He'll surely send you to the tank.
