The transition is complete. Just when all hope was lost, when fans were booing Teel and when everything that had been built at RU for the past 3 years was collapsing Schiano kept saying 6 words. Don't give up on this team. Press conference after Press Conference Loss after Loss he would repeat it. It got to the point that by the 5th loss even the most avid Schiano supporters(myself included) were getting tired of it. But he was right and the team pulled through. And for the last 5 it's not like any of them were even close games. The closest was believe it or not an 18 point win over Syracuse. To think our conference record is the same thing that it was in 2006 is really amazing especially after losing Rice. I am hoping for a good bowl but after 1-5 any bowl is a good bowl. And maybe in the next couple of years Schiano can bring the goal us RU fans have dreamed about for years. The Big East Championship and a BCS berth.

Very impressive turnaround. You guys were within an eyelash of a BCS berth this year after a 1-5 start. Rutgers is going to be a major league handful next year. Now, we just need Syracuse to hire a quality coach and the Big East will be in great shape.
