I like your title better. I'll delete my thread... 04-cheers

Nice 3rd and long catch on the sideline on the deflection. Review confirms it. First down Cards. Closing in on scoring territory...

No sh!t...

FUMBLE!!!

Louisville is about to score, and Chichester dropped it just short of the goal line. Rutgers recovers at the 2...

Now it's first and 5 on the offsides...

One long pass, and so much for bad field position...

Britt's 31 yard reverse makes it 14-0

You could play in wheelchairs and still beat Louisville.

- We've lost nearly half our starting defense to injury (only 25 players on D went to Rutgers for this game).

- The offense has some many turnovers that you might confuse them for an Arby's. In 6 losses, we've turn the ball over 22 times. I honestly don't know how it is possible but that is the actual stat.

- Easiest way for Rutger's to beat Louisville? Stack the box and make Cantwell throw. We have some decent backs but the WRs without guy, long, etc are too young to do much. Plus, Cantwell will give up a least one pick guarenteed. Cantwell has 15 INTs in 11 games.

- Personally, the thing I hate the most is that there is no intensity on the sideline. Chi drops the ball on the one yard line because he doesn't protect the ball and not a word was said about it.

- Robinson is 2-0 against this team. Think about that.

The Cards almost turned the ball over again. They're their own worst enemy...

Well, at least Louisville gets a FG out of it. They don't get shut out. OOPS! Scratch that idea. He missed it...

Still 14-0 Rutgers...

Step out of the room for a second to get some ice cream - and what happened? 21-0 Rutgers

28-0 Rutgers. Louisville looks bad on both sides of the ball.

This game could get real ugly in the 2nd half.

RE: Louisville-Rutgers non-game thread
Seriously, a whole bunch of us UofL fans might not be a head coach making a nice 1.4 million a year (like Steve Kragthorpe), or very successful Athletic Director (like Tom Jurich ) who has to spin his failure hire and blame things on the past coach (Bobby Petrino) to try to cover up.....

.....but we aren’t dumb ourselves either and saw something just wasn’t right with Louisville Football and sensed this a long time ago.

One good thing comes out of this. Notre Dame has no chance at stealing a bowl game from us...

Sadly we would need to improve just to suck. Let's be honest here. Syracuse sucks, they know it, they are replacing their coach and they beat us. I would consider it an improvement at this point. 03-weeping just to suck. Ever wonder what's beyond just plain sucking as a football team: take a look at Louisville football.

RE: Louisville-Rutgers non-game thread
Whew Wee! This is hard to watch, but the fact is, I'm not really surprised we're down 42-0 with time still left in the first half. What an aweful state our football program is in. I think this is only the second losing season we've had in the last 20 years... right? Not a good way to finish off the season. I'm not sure how Koach gets the kids believing they can win going in to next year. And I don't like that every other recruit seems to be a jr. college kid. But I digress. Rutgers is playing a whale of a game. They look really good.

This is pathetic. Kragthorpe should be fired for this.

Holy crap. 03-puke

And I thought our hoops game vs. Buffalo tonight was ugly.

Best thing that can happen from this is for Kragthorpe to be fired tomorrow.
