RE: It's North Carolina to the Car Care Bowl vs...
Now, you've just gone delusional, bit (always wondered when). There's intense pressure for Notre Dame by the bowls. There's many Irish fans that will travel, and many more hiding in places like Mobile and elsewhere.

I hope Pitt does play Carolina in Charlotte. It would be a great game.

Krocker Krapp Wrote:With that in mind, it is time for Notre Dame to help a Big East bowl for a change, as opposed to hurting the line-up as they usually do. Nobody wants to go to Birmingham against a Sun Belt unit, a MAC team, or even an at-large ACC squad. Put the Fighting Irish on the other side of the field, however, and the Papa John's Bowl becomes the game to watch this postseason. Every fan of every Big East school would stand united behind Rutgers, or West Virginia, as they attempted to take out all of our frustrations at the arrogance, greed, and selfishness of Notre Dame on this year's hapless outfit. Getting it done, though, would require more money from ESPN and for the Fighting Irish to want to help, not hurt, a Big East bowl.
I hope you are right Krocker.
