The Hoffman era has begun
Just in case any player or coach came across this -- Congrats to the players and coaching staff on an unbelievable first 3 games this season. Every player and coach have been top notch. We've really enjoyed it so far and couldn't be happier! GO BEARS!

RE: The Hoffman era has begun
If you'll remember...during the period before last year began I had made the statement that Mercer was not in contention for an A-sun title b/c I never saw them as a team of winners despite whatever talent they had. This may have changed over night with a new coach. Perhaps ETSU needs to deploy a similar move. For me...this is Bartows make it or break it year concerning my support of him.

Anyway, congratulations on the wins...I'm sure you are flying high. It would be a lie to say I'm happy for you...and that is maybe the best compliment I can offer.

Well I am happy for you. I have no problems admitting that Mercer is on a better track than ETSU. While I want ETSU to beat Mercer, you gotta be happy to see mid-low major schools heading in the right direction. I feel the same thing for Davidson.

Gold -- thanks for the nice words.. definitely flying high!

etsubuc -- Mercer hasn't beaten ETSU in the Atlantic Sun (and maybe ever).... so that will be a huge game to get the monkey off their back.

Fan1988 -- that's hilarious

and KSU, yes the stage is set for Mercer and other ASUN teams to continue building quality wins.
