I think both UConn and Rutgers can right now state a case for #4 (if not #3).

Man, those Bulls have just run off the cliff 04-jawdrop

There is not much difference between UCONN, Cincy and WVU. USF has really fallen off. SU was playing well in the Dome until they got their asses handed to them by UCONN tonight. RU has been playing well lately but UCONN should not have lost to them if UCONN had the current FG kicker.

WTF? Why does Uconn deserve to be ranked ahead of RU or Pitt? Uconn has 2 conference losses while Pitt has one. Also RU is 4-2 and Uconn is 3-2 with RU winning the head to head. What possible reasoning could you have for putting Uconn at number 1?

Personally, I guess I'd have to put Rutgers slightly ahead of UConn because they're one of the hottest teams in the conference (if not the hottest) at the moment. Plus, they beat the Huskies. Although, UConn looked really good in the second half today against Syracuse......should we call it a tie?

Tier 1: (controlling their own destinies)
- UC
- Pitt

Tier 2:

- West Virginia/UConn/Rutgers (I'm indecisive so I call it a tie)

Tier 3:
- Louisville
- USF
- Syracuse

If you actually think any of your stupid ranking make any sense, then you know more about this than any of us. Those rankings are stupid as hell. Next week it will be all different again.

I already explained my reasons. If you can't read, then you are as stupid as your rankings.

We beat UC so how do you rank UC ahead of UCONN? Pitt? I expect them to choke as usual down the stretch. It was only a few weeks ago when Cincy got their clock cleaned at UCONN.

Like I said, these rankings are pretty stupid. I won't be surprised if Pitt clean Cincy's clock and get their clock cleaned by UCONN when they come to the RENT.

For all I know, UCONN could lose to USF next week too. There is just too much parity right now in the top few teams in the BE.

WTF is wrong with you? Someone argues with you and you immediately resort to calling the guy stupid? Great way to convince people. You're a real piece of work, fyi.

Comon now. Are you seriously going to get into this again? Whats done is done. And that game is done. Seriously RU has been playing like it has to start the season we would be 8-2 at least (and imo the game wouldn't have been close for Uconns FG kicker to matter.) But I am not whining about that because I can't change it.

There's a big difference between WVU, Cincinnati and UConn, WVU and UC control their own destiny for a conference title. While Cincinnati controls their fate for a BCS bid WVU still controls their own fate for a another piece of the Big East title. As for UConn losing to Rutgers, if you tell Cincinnati fans for not using turnovers as an excuse for losing to UConn then you can stop using the FG kicker as an excuse for losing to Rutgers.

HAHA the stupid rankings don't make sense?

Big East Standings
TEAM CONF. W-L OVERALL W-L
*-Cincinnati 4-1 8-2
*-Pittsburgh 3-1 7-2
*-West Virginia 3-1 6-3
Rutgers 4-2 5-5
*-Connecticut 2-2 6-3
*-South Florida 1-4 6-4
Louisville 1-4 5-5
x-Syracuse 1-4 2-7

Aren't you the one that always posts this exact list when people do this rankings. Now tell me. What is similar about that list and my rankings? Hmm? I thought so. I guess the Big East standings are a "stupid ranking"
(fyi I ranked them that way because thats how I feel the actual power rankings should be not just because of the standings.)

WVU is 5th right now, because their win over UConn was simply not very impressive. Our 3rd string QB essentially handed them the game. The same reasoning puts Cincy ahead of UConn.

Whatever guys. Bias here is pretty lame as usual. We will see how Cincy do against Pitt soon. Things could change in a minute and that's the reason why I think these rankings are so lame.

So do you think the Big East standings are stupid or what? And no one is not saying it wont change next week. As you can see this is for week 12. When it changes again we'll do another one for week 13.

No but the BE standing could change quite a bit in the next couple of weeks. At end of the year, whoever is at the top is the top team in the BE whether any of us like it or not.
