Just a minor correction, you mentioned in your Pitt-Louisville recap:

The Panthers were also bowl-eligible in 2006 at 6-6, but were left out of the Big East bowl selections. The 2008 Panthers were bowl-eligible the week before with their win at Notre Dame making them 6-2. The win over Louisville was their 7th win, which virtually guarantees a bowl somewhere.

Agreed completely with those rankings...UConn-Rutgers are interchangable, the rest are perfect.
