i am getting a bad feeling about this....this sets up to be the classic game of letting a team hang around way too long and not putting them away

me too. The defense has been out on the field too long in the third qtr. We need a nice long drive by the offense.

3 and 1 up the middle goes for 5 or 6. Defense is tiring out.

What a piss poor effort. Thankfully we held on but that 3rd down play should have been caught in the end zone. I'm very happy with the W but this game should NOT have been this close. Punt return for a TD, 2 missed FG and not being able to put away a crappy team leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Agreed but a win is a win. Next week should be interesting with Toledo winning, our poor history against them, and the fact that it is Homecoming. While I enjoyed the game from home this week, I will definitely be in the stands next week to hopefully see a solid win.

I thought the effort was there. The offense just isn't as effective without Harnish. The O started to move the ball better when he came into the game. A few mistakes were made that tighten up this game. Hopefully we'll see more accurate FG kicking and we see more prudent use of the rolling punt or whatever you call it will. Just win baby.
I thought it was important to get Harnish into the game and work out some of the kinks due to not playing. Looking forward to next week's game.
