The battle with All Access continues..
You call them insults, I called them accurate adjectives.
Consider:
March 08 - Even though I had been subscribing to All Access (AA) for several months, I was informed that I would not receive any access unless I procured the yearly package. I did so (although there are basically NO college athletics in the summer months). I immediately encountered problems receiving the feed. When I called and asked for help, I was told it was MY equipment problem. At half-time of the UAB v Tulsa game, I finally got a signal, even though I did nothing to "fix" my equipment.
May 08 - While checking my credit card charges, I find that AA was charging me monthly (although I had purchased a years package in March). The charges continue until I contacted AA and told them they were caught. Then, and only then were the charges refunded.
NO GAMES IN THE SUMMER MONTHS, WHICH IS WHY I PREFERRED TO SUBSCRIBE MONTHLY
Aug 08 - No video feed for Tulsa v UAB. Even though I PAID FOR THE GAME! Had to listen on 100.5 audio stream via their web-site.
Sep 08 - No audio feed and a very inconsistent video feed for Ala St. v UAB. Even though I PAID FOR THE GAME. Plus, CSTV/CBSCS returned to their practice of blocking the 100.5 streaming audio from that web-site. To compound the issue, I have accounts from all over the country that there was NO AUDIO FEED FROM THAT GAME (at least 20 UAB fans have reported this fact).
You sir, are either a liar or have been lied to.
Regarding cancelling my subscription, forget it! I have been a UAB fan since the athletic program began in 1977, and I will continue to be a fan. Because of the CSTV/CBSCS contract, we're stuck with each other. And I will continue to register complaints and yes, accurate adjectives until I receive the service that I have PAID FOR.

Mr. Little,
I regret that you have encountered problems with UAB All-Access content. The audio feed you refer to was definitely streamed. Your loyalty as a UAB annual subscriber is highly valued by CBS College Sports and I will be glad to work with you on any outstanding problematic issues. This however does not give you the right to continue to personalize insults to CBS College Sports. We apologize if the service does not live up to your expectations and we will be glad to issue you a prorated refund and you may unsubscribe from the All-Access service. Otherwise please don’t hesitate to contact me to review any difficulties you may encounter. I am in the office every day except Tuesday and Wednesday.
Regards,

Well, your company is batting 1000 when it comes to screwing up UAB broadcasts. Not only did you block the 100.5 feed, you couldn't carry the feed yourselves! That is just simply moronic. Plus, I hear you're blaming MY equipment for a lack of consistency on your video feed (my lap top is NOT programmed to say "We're sorry, this event has not yet started, please try again later). You are not just inept, you are also LYING (losing the feed several times in the MIDDLE of a broadcast does mean that the event HAS started).
Did any on the monkeys that work for CBS Sports actually finish obedience school?
