I think beating the Big 12 in in this little Big East -Big 12 series is paramount for the league. So far USF did their job and so far UofL is doing thiers.

While I wouldn't consider the sweep a must win it would go a long way towards getting us over the hump, perception wise, this year since this is a down year for the league. And if Pitt can hold serve at home against Iowa it would be an unbelievably great weekend for the Big East. Assuming the rest of the Big East wins the games they're supposed to win. So far, the Big East is 1-1 vs the Big 12 this year, going into this Louisville/Kansas State game.

wvu is on the clock and needs to rebound, i'm a little skeptical about how well stewart can get his team ready after getting dominated by ecu especially playing so far from home in colorado with their thin air and loud stadium.

wvu will bring it tomorrow against colo.
