Donald Brown is a freaking beast. He is one of the best RBs in the country no one heard of. The kid is freaking strong and he will play on Sundays.

They underestimate UCONN every year because we don't run the spread or look "sexy" cause we don't gain a zillion yards like RU.

UConn's looking good! UConn looked bad against Temple because they played in a freaking storm. UConn is playing in nice weather and they are putting the wood to Virginia so far.

By the way, I want to say, I really like UConn's schedule. I'm not arguing with playing Oklahoma, but I wish UC would play more of a non-conference schedule similar to UConn's during seasons when we don't play an Oklahoma or Ohio State. UConn, this year, is playing Baylor, North Carolina and Virginia OOC. None of them are powerhouses but you get the flavor of the ACC and Big 12 and even Big Ten (when Indiana is on the schedule), and I like that. I wish it were possible for UC to play a season or two against Indiana and Kentucky to go along with NC State and Oregon State. Winnable games that makes your OOC schedule look better because it's against BCS opponents. And, of course, mixing in "non-BCS" schools like Temple, Miami-OH and and a buy game.

There will be people who say that Virginia isn't that good. My response is that UConn is doing what they're supposed to do to a team that's not that good. They're basically beating them like the #1 team in the country beat them. And that still is ACC talent out there.

Stop them cold on 4th and 1. UCONN D held. D has not given up a TD yet this year. Good pressure against all American Eugene Monroe the 2nd projected pick in the NFL draft.

I guess Lorenzen isn't so bad at throwing. He just tossed that 29 yarder to our DB Butler.

We are trying to undo the damage RU has brought to the BE on Thursday night. It is too bad this game is on ESPN U instead of ESPN. Also, it is too bad the game is opposite to USC/OSU game.

I always knew this team is solid. Glad they are proving it tonight on a good weather night. The Rent is rocking and it is loud. The fans really came out to support the team.

Thank you USF for winning the Kansas game. Let's hope UCONN can hang on. BE can use a game like this after SU/RU disaster this week.

Lorenzon has been very good throwing, especially on the run. He's surprised me many times during the game. If he can keep it up, UConn should do very well this season...

LOL I doubt it. I hope we do cause I think we are a solid team. Because we don't have Ohio State in front our jerseys, we might not get much respect.

Perhaps if we roll Baylor next week, then we should be in the top 25.
