November 5th?
Could November 5th be the day to announce football at Mercer? That's the date we beat Georgia Tech 12-6. That would be a nice way to bring in the news on a memorable date.

Unfortunately, Nov. 5 is doubtful.
They are running behind schedule, from what I've heard. Hopes of a board vote in December fading.
I'm not saying there won't be football at Mercer...but timing will depend on $ raised for facilities.
