Don't fret Rutgers!!!!!!!!!
As bad as the two games have been, Rutgers still has the opportunity to win the Big East and head to the BCS...

The defense needs to get better IMO...this certainly isn't the same D as the last two years

And Schiano needs to adjust his offensive gameplan...sticking with the conservative "pound the ball and throw down field" approach isn't working this year, because Ray Rice is gone...Schiano needs to open up the offense...ya, Teel is making alot of mistakes, but he'll get better, and Underwood and Britt are excellent receivers...you can't force your team to do something it can't do, go with what works, and the WR corps is excellent at Rutgers

RE: Don't fret Rutgers!!!!!!!!!
Its the attitude that is bringing this team down. They play with no heart and no emotion. GS said before this game that no game is a must win? WTF?!? EVERY game is a must win. If you're don't feel a sense of urgency about winning the game and just give up half way through you are not going to win regardless of how talented your team is. I see really bad times ahead for Rutgers maybe 2003 2004 times.

I'm not saying we will win the BE but I do remember a certain Michigan team from last year losing to a 1-AA team and getting pounded the next week by Oregon go on to go 9-4 and win the capital one bowl against Florida. This is CFB anything can happen... but I dont think that will be the case here. Unless Schiano does some MAJOR changing

It would have to be an unprecidented change for Rutgers to challenge for The BEast. It ain't happening. You don't grow a running game on trees... 07-coffee3

You had better teach your boys up front how to block. UNC spent almost as much time in your backfield last night as Teel did.

Were we watching the same game yesterday? Teel had all day to throw not a single sack and he still made mistakes

Yep. Teel was well protected. He just made horrible passing decisions. Rutgers red zone offense is pathetic. Their secondary is ridiculously bad as well.

But as CFB said, this team just seems like it's playing with no heart.

The team has zero heart and Schiano is just a lousy gameday coach. Now we have a classic Eastern matchup in Penn State and Syracuse on. It just makes you pine for a real Eastern conference with BC, Maryland, PSU, and Temple along with our current membership.

That Michigan team was ridiculously loaded, and they underachieved. They lost that game to Appalachian State and it sucked the spirit out of them for Oregon. If they beat App St. they probably beat Oregon.
