What the heck is Capoeira? It looks like a sure fire way to get your butt kicked. You might as well do the Crane, or resort to the "Drum Technique".

Its a martial art from South America, its practiced to music and uses a lot of kicks that are initiated from the ground using the hands. iI checked it out but never trained it it because it seemed a bit too much like dancing, I stuck to Muay Thai , Escrima and Jeet Kune Do. I can't see the vid at work but I'll check it out when I get home.

This was a scene from a movie under production ("Never Back Down"). Those are all actors.
