Might have a good opportunity to host my own 30 minute show...
So....today I got a phone call from my Theater Arts teacher from high school. Every Tuesday and Thursday I would go down to a local radio station (Q93.5 - WKBQ based in Covington) and have a 5-10 minute spot to record "school announcements". Anyways, she remembered how much I liked doing that and said that since they don't do the announcements anymore, she was going to talk to the guy and see if somehow I could get maybe like a 20 to 30 minute spot to record. This was TOTALLY out of the blue. Anyways, it's not 100% or anything yet but she said she was going to talk to the guy that runs the station and see if there was anything we could work out. So if it does work out, and if I do find time to go in once or twice a week to record a show, I'm thinking about doing an all Tiger sports show. Not sure how I would go about doing it yet, just wanting to get some suggestions in case this actually does happen.

This could turn out really amusing or really disastrous. Either way, it should be entertaining. I think I'll see which way it's headed before posting my input. No since setting the tone when we all know where it would lead.

Why not interview the head of the People's Forum as a start? GT would love to have his 15 minutes of fame!

I'll take calls 03-wink But since its a pretty simple radio station you might have to call my cell phone and send up a smoke singal or something to get and I'll just relay the information haha. I don't know though, it could turn out interesting. Most of the people that listen to that station our old Tennessee fans so I'd have alot of people in T-county hating me...but I DON'T CARE! GO TIGERS!
