Ticket Exchange
The upcoming football season brings forth the often debated, always controversial, and unfortunate questions regarding attendance. How many will show up as Blazer faithful? We know the hardcore will stay through thick and thin (unfortunately our football program has seen a lot of that). But with the new era that Coach Callaway brings UAB, I once again would like to make a proposal as I did last year.

Last year I asked that the Blazer faithful committ to bringing five new fans for each of our five home games to increase attendance. This year, I'd like to make sure that every ticket available is used. There's been several times that I have seen board members talk about having free tickets. Instead of having multiple threads about tickets available, use this thread to let everyone know when you have tickets and how much (if anything) you want for them.

Hopefully, every ticket bought this year will actually be used to put bottoms in the bleachers. By taking newbies, friends, family, and co-workers to the Tulsa game we are investing in them to buy their tickets for the other four games and hopefully for the future. Plus, since this is the first (as far as I know/have been a fan) time to have a home opener, we really need to get a ton of people in Legion Field. Morale is huge in college football, as you all know, and if we show the team that we believe they can whip Tulsa then it will help them focus on the physical battle and not the mental one. A win against Tulsa sets the tempo for the rest of the season and a large and loud contingent of UAB fans is just what the doctor ordered.

So list any tickets you need to get rid of and I'll definitely be on board in getting them into the hands of first-timers and hopefully future fans.

Go Blazers!

Great post, will do. I usually use both of mine, though, but as of now, I'm not sure if there's any I may miss. I think it's a great idea, though.

RE: Ticket Exchange
I have a stack of "Admit Four" passes for the UAB v. Memphis game.
Free for whoever wants them. If you have some friends/coworkers who are debating about coming to the game hopefully this will help.

I will be at the Greenbackers tailgate right next to Blazer Village.

PM me and let me know. First come first serve.

Need 2 Tickets for Marshall Homecoming Game
I would like to buy 2 tickets for the Homecoming game versus Marshall on 18 October, preferably near where many of you 'BlazerTalk' brethren sit.
Anyone here wanting to rid themselves of two?
