My mom is a real-estate agent and works with alot of builders because she specializes in new construction...I can give you her number if you want to call her and get all that info from her.

Look into APEX out of Covington...they build excellent homes - custom and spec.

Use Rowdytiger....great builder....a lot of custom home experience....and he donates to Tiger Football.

Southern Custom Home Builders are located in Tipton Co, He is a GREAT builder. He also is diehard TIGER fan with season tix to basketball and football. He has built in the lochmeade neighborhood(I think that is the name of the neighborhood, it is just west of Rosemark road in Atoka), at the Covington Country Club, and many other places in the Tipton area. He has also refurbished several buildings on the square in Covington.
