NCAA chided over enforcement of APR
"The watchdog Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics pointed this month to scores of teams that have escaped sanctions despite posting subpar academic progress rates (APRs), saying waivers "may be too easy to receive.""

Hummm? ...and they think the NCAA's intent is noble.

Just another example of the NCAA and Myles Brand making the playing field even more uneven.

The Cartel schools get a poor APR score, they call Uncle Brand...and the Cartel school's problems are solved.

Who can the non-Cartel schools call? It certainly isn't Myles Brand and the NCAA. They're out to destroy the non-Cartel conferences.

The Myles Brand scam continues...
