How would one cause problems?
I don't even know what it is?
Should I care?
Can someone who is not a smart a## answer the question?

the widget was basically showing the news headlines for Tigers' sports from the commercial appeal or you could set it to gotigersgo.com also.

as far as the causing problems, I don't know. I never noticed anything, but it seems to be split with who's having problems and who's not.

I'd say if you are surfing this site well, then no worries.

Thanks alot.
I don't think they bother me but maybe I am too dumb to know.
Yesterday, I couldn't get the main page to down load but I think it was out for all.
Are widgets new things and what exactly do they bring to the table?
Do they preform things that we need?
Just asking as I have no idea.

scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the page.

the blue and white box that's labels Memphis Tigers News is the widget everyone is referring to. They've been here a months or two now. Basically shows news stories through the various sites you can choose from. It's a nice idea, though the news is normally already on the board before there.

We're just that good.

A widget is something that can instantly bring the entire board down to a crawl.......................... yeah, this was finally posted after waiting 5 minutes!

Is that caused by someone clicking on it and watching the info?
Have we decided that sometimes it causes the slow down you explained?
If so, why do we have them?
Somehow ,I think I have come to this conversation to late.
