I know some people who lost alot of money when they invested in a company that made tankless water heaters.

Seriously, I've put some in. I've never seen one used totally as a replacement for a traditional water heater. Typically they are good for small spaces or outbuildings.

My brother in law has one and loves it. I'm getting one when it comes time to replace my tank. The technology has improved over the years and now can easily replace the tank. But do your research because while tankless water heaters can save some people a huge amount of money, it is much less beneficial for others.
