is very close to signing a deal...

I wonder if I will get it on my sport's tier with Comcast in Houston, I know they said it would be on expanded basic in the Big 10 footprint but I did not see a mention in the article about other areas. Now if only the Houston comcast would pick up the MTN. I know I could get the MTN on DirectTV, but i prefer cable.

How true... Look for the SEC to make an announcement pretty soon on their own Network.
The Big Network paid over $6 million to each Big 10 school this year...
It paid over $66 million this year.
Next year projections are now $112 million.
The Big 10 and Fox signed a 25 year deal.
With this Comcast deal, the Big 10 Network will be in 55 million households.
