That list must be for 'signed' commits. Otherwise UConn's would there as well, with Kemba Walker, Ater Majok, and Nate Miles.

You better add Cincy to the top 20 .... a 4 star de-commit. They do these ratings way too early. UC has a five star two four stars and a three star and a MCDonald's All-american transfer ready to play!
