going to be a loooooooooong season if our only bigs are two slight guys who have to gain weight, one huge guy who has to lose weight and two freshman with question marks...unless, of course, every piece fell into place and the stars aligned and they all do exactly what is needed in the offseason and they all show up with a tremendous will to perform and win...

Garcia's question marks from what I have read are attitude, quickness and desire to play the post...Simpkins has displayed attitude issues of late as well...and, they are freshman - if we are counting on freshmen not named Derrick Rose or Eric Gordon or Kevin Love, then we are not as good as we should be...

well, the good news is that the Tigers should still be good enough to win against 85-90% of their schedule...maybe even closer to 95%...

and I will say that I have seen smaller and/or weaker front lines on teams in the Final Four and equally comparable front lines on teams that have won the NC, so you never know...Arizona certainly didn't have an all world front line on their title team...

Even if you never said a word the comments Cal made himself suggested there could have been as many as 6 recruits. This of course would have had all of us speculating pretty much the same things we have anyway.
