We've discussed this kid before, but Rivals has both the Bucs and Owls looking at him. I'm not sure if he's signed anywhere yet, but he would fit nicely into the Owls or Bucs mold of extremely athletic guards. I found a youtube clip of him and he is a ridiculous athlete. He gets to the rim at will. Several highlights show him dunking with authority...and he's only 6'1"!!

yea he has amazing handles. and he's very athletic. I can kinda tell though he may have a tendency to try to do to much. but he does look extremely talented. I couldnt find him on rivals. anyone else looking at him?

I thought the same thing, although his stats are pretty balanced. Several other mid-majors are looking at him. Here are some links about him.

I think ETSU and KSU have the best shot at landing him. I can see him reeking havoc on the press Ingle likes to use. And he would fit in well with you guys. Ingle and Bartow are amazing recruiters and the fact they both are looking at him can only mean he's very very good.

Agreed. He would be good for Kennesaw, but what Bartow would tell the kid to recruit him is that Ingle will turn the roster over every year. 03-weeping

Those videos are nice. The kid can play. I wonder though how hard Kennesaw is going after him considering he is up in Kansas. I think Kennesaw tends to stick more to the Southeast, as that is where our strength is.

As far as what Go Fly said, Bartow doesn't exactly have a clean record with transfers either, so it might be a case of the kettle calling the pot black (Balaka, Mishler, Twilley...). But your point is still well taken. Kennesaw does need to stabilize our classes, which I think will happen as we now will only be recruiting kids that know we have full NCAA eligibility. Our "grace" period is almost over.

I'm not sure how serious we are about him. We have 2 scholarships left and desparetly need help in the paint.

ETSU needs to sign a big man in the worst way. If Bartow fails to sign someone that can come in and play the 5 right away, it will come back to haunt you next year. I think Kennesaw could use one more big man probably with the loss of Jacobs, but we have a serviceable rotation next year if we dont. ETSU would be in some dire straits if they don't.

You're exactly right. We have only two untested post-players right now. Our success next season depends on who we bring in our frountcourt.
