I doubt it. Finebaum is now on the Scrushy hit list (lawsuit list). Finebaum has really dogged Scrushy in the past few months.

It should be noted on the jury discloure forms that all 12 jurors on the panel who voted for acquittal consider themselves "Christians." One even said publicly during her interrogation by the prosecution that she doubted a "Christian" man like Scrushy could be guilty of a crime. Why she was stricken from the jury pool is beyond my comprehension.
I found it interesting that he discovered God and a TV evangelism show AFTER his indictment.
