LSU has another fault line distrubance
Another LSU player arrested. Eruption could happen anytime soon.

Local Baton Rouge media report:

"LSU football player Shomari Clemons was issued a misdemeanor summons early Sunday for shoving a police officer and disturbing the peace, police said.

'Clemons, 21, allegedly pushed a police officer at 1:20 a.m. after he was told to leave the 300 block of Third Street, Sgt. Don Kelly said. When Clemons refused, the officer sprayed him with pepper spray, Kelly said.

'The officer then struck the football player in the leg with a baton after Clemons grabbed his waist as if he were going for a weapon.

'Clemons was issued a misdemeanor summons for simple battery of a police officer, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer, Kelly said.

'Clemons has been suspended from the football team until further notice, said Michael Bonnette, LSU sports information director.

'The West Monroe native signed with LSU in 2006 but did not enroll in the university and sat out the entire season.

'He signed again in 2007 and is on the team’s 2008 spring roster."
