I have been thinking about ISP and their impact to our campus. People on here are talking about the upgrades we need. But i see it that in order to upgrade facilities to an appropriate D1 image and to hire well paied staff, we need people in the arenas. Which we really don't have. So I ask, what is our sports marketing doing about this?

I looked at ISP's website. I copied an outline of their goals. From what I see, it makes me question their effectiveness. Especially below in the "Sports marketing Consultation and Promotional Support Services." Here is what they list:
