Congratulations! Always good to see those people from Knoxville get a generous dose of humility. Finishes off the evil empire known as the "SEC".

Thank you, UL, for salvaging the BE’s to date substandard post season performance.

Nothing sub-par about the Mountaineers this post-season. 04-rock

But the Cards are moving on, while we're going home to cheer y'all on. Take down Carolina. I expect ya to make it to the Final.

I hope Villanova can take down another conference champion, Kansas, the Big XII champ. But they have their work cut out for them. We'll find out more shortly.

Some teams have done well, some have crapped on themselves. The ones who crapped know who they are. But, even though WVU did well overall, they blew a golden opportunity last night IMO.

Overall, the postseason just hasn’t been what should be expected of the BE.

RE: UofL still alive
I said before the season started that this UofL team would make a run at the National Championship; I thought Pitino had enough horses to have a chance.

Then we took a detour with the early season injuries to our two senior front-line players. Even after getting them back in January, there was still one element missing: Player\Team basketball IQ for what they needed to do.

The non-seniors finally “got it” at the start of February, got much better at reading scouting reports, and became good students of the game.

As Pitino has said a couple times this season, preparing for a team is like preparing for a test, except that we (the coaching staff) are giving you the answers beforehand.

Trust me. It ain't just your opinion. Missed free throws, a key defensive breakdown, and poor shooting doomed the Mountaineers.

Sh!t happens. 03-banghead

Well, it was a good season. We got beat by a better team tonight. They played better than we did.
