That should help everybody's conference share when the payout comes.

That it comes at the expense of the ACC makes it all the sweeter. 07-coffee3

I bet North Carolina is looking at the bottom part of their brackets and are sweating bullets right now.

Notre Dame should win today, they get a great match up with ACC champion UNC. I think ND can beat UNC even if they play in Charlette

I'm excited to, but let's take them one game at a time. Except for The Ville of course, you can pencil them in.03-lmfao

How about North Carolina potentially having to go through TWO Big East teams just to get to the Final Four!

Marq and WVU played great against a higher seed.
ND sucked- they need to find a conference to join.
Pitt has just got started. Ithink we'll have four or five teams in the sweet 16. i think two or three of those teams are final four material.

I expect Georgetown and Villanova to roll to the Sweet 16. I think Louisville is going to beat Oklahoma. This Pitt/Michigan State game is going to be rough. Memphis has a tough bracket. They have to beat Mississippi State and then beat the winner of Pitt/MSU just to get to the regional finals. From there they could end up facing #3 seed Stanford or #2 Texas, assuming they deal with #7 Miami-FL.

CatsClaw, we could even end up in the final four, and you would still hear "We play in CUSA and we have played nobody". Would you like to bet?

RE: Big F'ing East!!
Georgetown and Louisville should definitely make the Final Four. Since we went 1-3 on Saturday, the best we can do is 3 teams in the Final Four. But I figure Georgetown and Louisville are the only teams certain to make it.

Villanova should get by Sienna, but you never know. Sienna could have monstrous momentum. We'll find out shortly. But if they get past Sienna, UNC will be waiting for them. I hope they can handle that challenge. But it is by no means a guarantee. Then, should Villanova get by UNC, Georgetown will be waiting. One of them will go down here. I'm betting it's 'Nova.

WVU has the toughest road. Xavier is probably the best team WVU will face in the West Region. I doubt UCLA is as strong. The winner of the WVU-Xavier game should win the West. I'm betting on the Mountaineers, but they have their work cut out for them. Fortunately, Huggins is well aware of Xavier from his days in Cincinnati. Hopefully, that will get them over the top and into the Elite 8 against the Bruins.

I was hoping for a Backyard Brawl rematch for the national championship. But Pitt let me down.

Still, let's put as many BEasts in the Final Four as possible, and show everyone which conference is the best basketball conference around.

Big F'ing East!! Hmmm, let's see...

Big Faking East
Big Falling East
Big Flailing East
Big Fraudulent East

I think all of those are fitting to a degree. However, we do have the most teams in the Sweet 16. I hope they all win.
