I've seen a lot of posts where the smilies are badly messed up.04-chairshot

I don't know what the common feature is, but perhaps not having a space between punctuation and the smilie code has something to do with it. 03-puke

When I quote these posts, the smilie code appears to be ok, so it looks like it's server-side scripts that are the problem.
