I do not expect them to finish higher than 5th when they join.

I would think playing BYU, Air Force, Utah, and Colorado State would help them recruit. I do not see them breaking the top 4 any time soon, but I don't see them becoming Wyoming's homecoming game soon either.

The MWC is pretty competitive. TCU is in for a rude awakening!

If TCU were to finish in CUSAlite 1st, then they would probably tie for 2nd in MWC. Finish 2nd in CUSAlite, finish 4th in MWC, etc.

I think TCU will probably be a top 5 program in MWC at the least on a yearly basis. MWC lower division teams have shown a lot of progress since the WAC16 breakup, so the difference on getting more wins will be base on TCU being able to beat better lower div. teams in MWC as apose to weak lower div. teams in CUSAlite.

Actually, I think we will continue to out recruit all of the other local schools except Texas, A$M and OU. The gap with our recruiting edge will get larger because a lot of the recruits not going to the Big XII will prefer to play in the MWC vs. the watered down CUSA.
