what is the news with him? Are schools waiting on him due to academics?

I had heard that academics were the issue at the beginning of the season, and that there wasn't much of a chance he would qualify. He's up there with Holloway, Harper, Wright, and D. Jones in terms of top LB's in the city.

I had lunch with Jeff Link today (QB from Whitestation) and he told me that Ole Miss and Mempho were both kind of recruiting him, but he said that his grades aren't good and that he wouldn't qualify.

Well, we have nabbed two guys from WSHS like that..........Mo Jones (grades) and Curtis Echols (injury).
