You guys would be fools if you did not add Boise st. and Fresno St......if and when you do, who would you like to see as a 12th member? Nevada, Hawaii, or Houston?

Thanks for asking! Hawaii is too far and adds too much travel expense. Houston has almost zero fan support and has questionable academics and commitment to athletics is very low. Houston is a commutor school that really should do D1 a favor and drop collegiate sports.

Nevada sounds fine!

Surprised on the "no" to Hawaii... it's like a bowl game every time you play in their house.

Yea, but late, late games and they are dirty as all get out over there. Including the fans!

My guess is that the MWC does no more expanding for awhile. These guys are very deliberate in their moves!

Didn't the MWC develop from the schools that felt the old WAC was too spread out and travel costs were too high. One of the principal targets of that argument was Hawaii.

Unfortunately, though, they always end their bowl games in fights...

It was my understanding that the MWC broke off when the "Airport 5" (BYU, Utah, AF, CSU,and one other, NM, I think) became disillussioned with the WAC16. I understood that the disillussionment was more from not geting what they had expected from scheduling and tv $, etc. I think Hawaii got left out because of the distance factor though. That 16 team conference was just too large!
