Nah, gotta pull for the Giants here.
I want to see Brett Favre get one more ring, and the Giants will NOT beat the Pack at Lambeau.

two great games today, with both road teams winning.
NCAA should look into this playoff thing.

Congrats to the Giants although I can't stand Eli!
I will be pulling for Brett and that would have been hard if the boys had been playing.
Cowboys beat themselves with penalties and being unable to protect Tony.
Oh well.
Good year Boys!

You are right, penalties really hurt us. A team with 12 Pro Bowl players should not lose at home to a team with 1 Pro Bowl player. We just didn't have it all together and it showed. I think NY played with more intensity.

RE: Lets go Cowboys!
I'm a DALLAS fan, but the truth is they flat out choked today.
Statistically they dominated the game, but failed to make the key plays when necessary.
Romo looked lost in the crunch. He is not a playoff caliber QB. He looks very good with zero pressure to perform. But he was not alone in choking today. WR's dropped at least 4 very catchable passes that would have resulted in about 120 yards of offense. The defense made costly penalties. The special teams outright sucked.
No excuses. DALLAS had home field and was coming off a week of rest. They looked too relaxed and soft, and it showed. It is also a reflection on the laissez faire (sp) attitude of Coach Phillips and his staff of underachievers. This COWBOY squad is too young to be given too much lattitude and freedom in off weeks. They are very good until the calendar rolls into December. Then they backslide big time. They need a demanding taskmaster as the HC; not Captain Kangeroo politely asking his players to produce results. Some tough decisions need to be made down in Big D regarding this team.
Having said that, now I want Favre to win it all. He has had one helluva year with the Packers.

RE: Lets go Cowboys!
bossman there is no way you can call yourself a cowboys fan and blame the loss on tony romo.
I put the loss squarely on the back of Patrick Crayton. He's been running his mouth since the loss to the Patriots.
Romo only completed 50% of his passes, but the dropped passes and the line's inability were big factors in the loss.

RE: Lets go Cowboys!
You're right - I've only been a COWBOY fan since 1969 when they lost to Cleveland in the playoffs.
Crayton didn't do Romo any favors, that's for sure. He stopped running on that one deep sideline pass that would have been six points, and dropped two other balls in his skillet hands.
But Romo also hurt the team. He took sacks instead of throwing the ball away when a play wasn't there. He had a bad intentional grounding. He had a few chances to run but opted to force passes at times. Sorry, but he is the QB and he must take the pain. He is gaining a reputation for folding under pressure. Last year Seattle and now NY. Both teams had big time injuries with their DB's, yet...Romo could not make them pay. Hey, that big $69mm contract will sooth a lot of the playoff loss pain!!
It's over and life goes on.
But DALLAS has looked shaky to inconsistent to just bad since their big win against Green Bay on Nov 29. They basically coasted the entire month of December. It cost them yesterday.
There are some serious questions to answer in this off-season before trying to claim serious Super Bowl contention.
