after all the bowls are played or a 'final four' ( I see no way 8 team playoff), are they planning to add another bcs bowl to keep the slots at 10?

If they go to a plus one.. he11 will freeze over.. leading to an Ice age.. and cats n dogs will get along so they can snuggle to stay warm.

One of the reasons for a "plus one" is so that they don't have to play one of the BCS bowls twice. So that likely means that the Cotton Bowl would join and and all the bowls will rotate the national title game while only hosting a BCS bowl game once per year.

The logistics for a plus one are just fine, it's just a matter of seedings for the schools and who would qualify.
