Fed. Society Debate
Here is a great debate on FISA and that whole issue, hosted by the Federalist Society. Featuring Bob Turner(the Constitutional Originalist) and the Liberal Law legend from Duke, Erwin Chemerinsky who rejects Constitutional Originalism and is "Skeptical of quotes from 200 years ago".

Interesting debate to say the least.

Its not often that I agree with a liberal( although, I consider his positon more Libertarian) but I will agree wth EC.....It seems that FISA opened the door for abuse of power...Its a another consequence of Americas terrorist paranoia....I think in a few years after this all dies down we will begin to see that it is not needed.
